Terms & Condition of Our Farm Stay
Thank you for choosing ABHISTHA AGRI FARM STAY an experience of integrated farming!!! A stay amidst nature and livestock.
The following are the norms to be followed:
Clarity of the pool water cannot be assured due to reasons beyond control. Swimming costumes should be used to enter the pool. The guests are requested to have shower before entering the pool.
Hookah, Gambling, Contraband, Weapons, Explosives, Flammable objects and Drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Safety of all the guests is the responsibility of the client and Please submit a list of all the guests with their Names, Contact numbers, Adhaar or ID number as a soft copy two days before check-in. To be signed at check-in and ID to be produced for verification. Kindly carry ID proof (copy) of all guests, for submission at check-in.
Abhishta agri farm stay will not be responsible for the security of guests, their belongings or gatecrashers during occupancy.
Basic cleaning of the venue needs to be taken care of by the client after the program, any additional cleaning that needs to be done at the time of check-out will entitle the client to pay cleaning fee of min 2000/-Rs or as per actuals.
Abhishta agri farm stay will strictly not involve in taking care of guest’s personal needs or related activities at or outside the villa during occupation.
No refund once the payment is made as we follow a strict no refund policy. If cancellation is informed 10 days before check-in a credit note will be issued which will be valid for 3 months from the check-in date. If informed late, only if an alternate booking is made for the same date, a credit note will be issued valid for 1 month from check-in date.
Balance payment of the total value should be done 24 hours prior to check-in time. If not, the booking will be considered null & void, with no refund of the advance amount.
Abhishta agri farm stay and its employees are indemnified against any and all acts or accidents that may arise in your stay at our properties.
Any/all facilities at the retreat will be used by the guest at their own risk.
Management is not responsible for any risk occurring out of the use of the property. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by them, their guests or any person in their group and money recovered to the extent of damages before check-out.
There will be indemnification of monetary costs directly or indirectly for losses incurred during the stay. Services by our employees will stop at midnight. Post-midnight every service should be managed by the guests.
It is agreed that the guest will conduct himself / herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the premises which can affect the environment.
The management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the property forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so.
In case of default the management has the right to remove the guests’ luggage and belongings from the room occupied. Our staff will not be liable to any loss/ misplacement of any of the guest’s personal properties or valuables or money. Management will not be liable to guests for any harm or accidents occurred during the stay.
We expect our clients to be punctual to their check-in at 1:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am which will be intimated in advance. If an extension of stay is required, settlement of past due amounts and for the extended stay is compulsory.
Please refrain from using equipment or fixtures for purposes other than those intended. * **Please do not remove or alter any equipment or fixtures of the property.
NO SMOKING in the rooms and in the restricted area
NO FOOD in the rooms
Pets are not allowed inside the dining area.
Absolutely NO DRINKS while in the pool.
All guests are to present any ID proof issued by the government upon check-in. Any damages done to the property are liable to the client.
Keep the property clean and dispose of garbage in the designated area.
Please Note :
A Refundable Caution Deposit of 5000.Rs will be collected along with the balance payment at the time of check-in. Post thorough inspection of the property before check-out. If no damages are found, the entire amount will be refunded to the client.
● The money will not be refunded if there are damages at the property (which Include: damages of public area, towels, curtains, linen and upholstery, fixtures and fittings,electrical appliances, furniture, any damage to physical structure, missing items in indoor and outdoor games and activities, breakages of glassware, cutlery and crockery, etc.).
● If the amount for damages is more than the caution deposit amount the balance asper actuals will need to be cleared by the client before check-out.
